You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Accounts are for one person and are not shared.

The assessment gives a working profile to support conversation and development. It is not a psychological test, not a medical instrument, and it must not be used on its own to hire, promote or dismiss anyone.

Paid plans are billed as shown at the moment of purchase. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. A subscription runs until it is cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users or teams.
• Do not probe, scan or overload the service.
• Do not copy, resell or republish the method, questions or content without written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights.

The method, the questions, the profiles, the coaching content and the software remain the property of School for Butlers BV. Your own data stays yours, and you can export or delete it.

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we provide it as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonably possible.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or in the application before it takes effect.

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Brussels, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
